Compensation ranges differ a great deal if you are coming in from the outside versus promoted from within, this has caused some disparity. It is a complex product to sell, platform product with infinite use-cases.

Commission rates have been adjusted down and quotas have been increased between 30%-50%. last year only 2 out of 20 AEs hit quota. Maybe another 2-3 were within 70% of their quota.
