New comp plan is too complex to understand if you’re actually going to make money. Leadership feels like they run the entire business off of spreadsheets and the new CRM rollout has to be one of the worst decisions and implementations in the entire industry. Experience can be good depending on the team but overall the RH of today is nowhere close to what Jim Whitehurst built in the past

-IBM is starting to take over -Red Hat was a good place to be from when i started in 2020 until mid 2022. - IBM has started to force layoffs, first announced in early 2022 -Quotas are astronomical, no one is achieving anything close to comission -Unreal pressure from leadership to deliver with unreasonable expectations -Red Hat was delivering 15% + growth for IBM...Read More
