Great culture, and work life balance. Is a place to go if need a break as the stress levels here are nothing compared to other vendors, however, that comes with compensation sacrifices. Plus you do sense that you end up carrying a lot of people as they don't seem to really fire people for performance reasons

Best organization I’ve ever worked for. Every company has its challenges. We overcome them together. Most of leadership is top notch. The bad ones end up rooting themselves out in the end.
