Current Employee3.7Dec 29, 2023Overall my experience at Red Hat has been great! Great company and great people and a great culture. Slightly underpaid for the positions, but culture helps with that. Also the last couple of years quota has been very high. Majority of the reps are not hitting. I've crushed it two years in a row, but I'm exception
