Strong sales leadership depending on the segment you are selling to. Product market fit is still there, and the company is operated overtly as a separate entity from IBM. Comp plans aren’t as favorable as they once were, but it is still possible to blow it out of the water.

Product-Market Fit is spot on. New comp plan paid 60 days in rears of quarter close. It's too complex for sellers to understand. And more complex for Sales Ops to understand. Quota clawbacks regularly occur.
