ReliaQuest is a meat grinder for BDRs. You either get promoted quickly or you never get promoted. You can hit your numbers and if they "don't like you", you will get fired. Good base compensation, quota can be hard to hit. There is a strict opportunity definition that the company goes by which makes the conversation rate from a meeting to an opportunity low. 35% to be exact. I wouldn't recommend this job to most people.

Good company but rather cut throat probably offer the best product in the space. Can be hard to sell with the pricing. Seems to lay off at least 3 people quarter. Quota can be hit but a big factor is who your AE is and what territory you get. Culture can be rather toxic and almost cult like.
