Deal sizes have gone up, we’re heading more up market, and it’s still a better product market fit in the enterprise market, but I’ve seen challenges across other reps in managing deals of this nature

Unrealistic quotas that are not attainable. The quotas don’t match the inbounds no marketing. Sales reps are 100% responsible for their own pipeline.
