Current Employee My overall experience here has been largely positive. Since my last review, the biggest shift has been in product-market fit — our positioning and messaging have become more aligned with customer pain points, making conversations smoother and cycles shorter. Leadership has also been more proactive in gathering feedback and enabling the sales team. There’s still room for improvement in cross-functional alignment, but overall, the trajectory is promising and the environment supports growth.
