Current Employee2.1Dec 1, 2025Company is a total mess. Quotas change every quarter. If you do well in one quarter the target simply goes up so that you cannot overachieve again. The company goals do not align with the sales team which means you are asked to do lots of work to close long term deals that benefit the company but the rep see's no commission.

Current Employee3.1Dec 13, 2023Not many people making quota and it takes forever to hear back internally. I love the people though! Leadership is lacking and completely turning around in AMER so it could potentially become better in the future.
