Current Employee2.7May 28, 2025It’s amazing only if you now what you are doing. You might get a few lucky leads as a new rep but those highs will last for 2 quarters and the you will struggle a lot unless you put in 200%

Lots of work goes into large deals and AEs often miss the rewards because accounts get handed to AMs too quickly, who then reap the benefit without th effort.
