- Constant changes to make quota attainments more difficult, while steadily increasing said quota - None of mentioned changes are favourable for daily workflow of SDRs - Keeping base salary average/on the lower end of the market + Close team members encouraged to provide positive atmosphere + Expenses and Equipment system are very well handled + True Remote company, good Product market fit

Too many AEs vs leads, so very few AEs hit targets or make their OTE. Success hinges more on luck vs skill. Rather than address the lack of opportunity flow, there are frequent terminations for performance, often equaling as much as 50% of a team.

Great product market fit, sales training and onboarding could be improved, has pretty good benefits although the company made quite a few changes to the benefits recently which weren't well received, also they raised quotas recently.
