Great company, great product, great people. The Comp plan incentivizes top performers and hinders everyone else. Quota's are the same regardless of territory, which is awful. The product is incredible, but a very tough sell in the SMB/Commercial space. Recently, culture has gotten very toxic and micro-managing is through the roof... Expectations for KPI's are unrealistic and forcing the focus to be on not getting yelled at versus supporting reps to sell. Company is trying to IPO and is not focused on supporting their reps/retaining people. Simply focused on getting $$ in the door however they can.

If you’re considering a sales role at Restaurant365, especially in SMB, be cautious. Managers are leaving constantly, and there’s no clear leadership direction. The commission structure is terrible — on a $15K deal, you’ll make less than 5%, even though you’re doing full-cycle outbound, including 30+ in-person drop-ins weekly.
