Former Employee If you’re considering a sales role at Restaurant365, especially in SMB, be cautious.
Managers are leaving constantly, and there’s no clear leadership direction. The commission structure is terrible — on a $15K deal, you’ll make less than 5%, even though you’re doing full-cycle outbound, including 30+ in-person drop-ins weekly. You’re basically an SDR and AE rolled into one, but paid like neither.
Most SMB prospects can’t afford the product, so deals rarely close without deep discounting. Morale is low, reps are burned out, and leadership seems disconnected from what’s actually happening on the ground.
Unless they fix comp, leadership, and GTM strategy, this is not a place where salespeople can succeed. Browse Other Reviews
