Great company - Great product fit, and great leadership. I think there's growing pains as companies enter into the 100 million ARR but overall it's a great place to be.

Responsive has a huge attainment and compensation problem. 0% of the SMB/MM reps hit their number in 2024. So far, everyone in SMB/MM is tracking to not hit their annual number for 2025.
