Current Employee2.0Aug 28, 2024So much I used to like about Responsive. Colleagues are great but the sales team is churning due to a lack of leadership and a culture of fear being imposed from the top. Unwilling to correct missteps, reps aren't hitting quota, and no real coaching from managers.

I do expect we'll ride it out and find our spark again soon. There is an issue at the top though.
