Overall, my experience was positive. The product is best in class, and there is a ton of support for sales from other departments. C-level leadership has good business acumen, and Sales leaders emphasize the use of the MEDDPICC sales methodology. The company is in a great position to be successful. There could be a lot of improvement in the sales enablement department, as there are a lot of tools and programs that just don't seem to be properly rolled out, which is incredibly frustrating for the Sales Org.

Recently cut our pay and took away inbound lead flow. We make about 10% the commission we used to and don't get enough leads to hit quota. The culture has gone downhill company wide.

It's clear that the company is going through something right now, though that isn't unusual at this point for a company our size in a nice-to-have market segment.
