Recently cut our pay and took away inbound lead flow. We make about 10% the commission we used to and don't get enough leads to hit quota. The culture has gone downhill company wide.

Great company - Great product fit, and great leadership. I think there's growing pains as companies enter into the 100 million ARR but overall it's a great place to be.

So much I used to like about Responsive. Colleagues are great but the sales team is churning due to a lack of leadership and a culture of fear being imposed from the top. Unwilling to correct missteps, reps aren't hitting quota, and no real coaching from managers.
