Current Employee Best sales seadership team I've ever interacted with and been a part of. The culture is brutal given the pace and expectations, but the investments in enablement, tooling, and coaching have paid endless dividends for me professionally. The path, support, and opportunity to make an impact are there for anyone who wants them.
Overall, I found this leadership team at a time when my faith in VPs was waning. In the wake of my time here, I've come to define Rippling's culture as "a place where trust is lost; not earned. We expect you to handle your role until we have reason to suspect otherwise" - and I didn't realize how much I honored trust until it was freely given to me.
It's shaped how I onboard and coach new reps & managers. But more importantly, it's shown me 1) that compassion does have a place in business and 2) fear is an effective, cheap, and short-lived motivator.
I recommend applying - simple as that.
