A lot of people do really well, however it is largely based on leads being passed off directly to individuals which is a combination of favoritism and tenure. They are trying to make it more equitable, but if you are a new rep that does not have a tenured manager it can be quite volatile month to month.

Overall this is a great company to work for. I like the role, but I do feel like there is a lack of compassion for the reps. At times I feel like I’m just a number. But at the end of the day lead flow is steady, job is stable so I’m happy.
