Without a doubt one of the most high pressure roles you could sign up for. This is not the entire sales org, but enough of it. My specific director is outright cruel, belittling and talking down to reps

Monthly sales quotas, high amount of inbound leads and deals are expected to close in the month if you are MM or below. Management will work to push you out if you have 2-3 bad months in a row.
