Current Employee Clicky culture. This role is purely based off luck than actual sales skills as the role is 100% inbound leads. You just have to be lucky you don’t get a lead from a Stanley cup marketing incentive for it to be quality. They say outbound role, but you don’t have time to outbound. After ramp I’ve seen leadership put reps immediately on a PIP right after, and I’ve seen way to many great sales rep get fired less than a year. Browse Other Reviews
