When I asked about the negative reviews, I was told they came from people who “weren’t a culture fit.” After a year as a top performer, I can tell you: that was a lie.
Here's what it's like:
Unattainable goals, followed by quota raises that further inflate the fake OTE.
Every month someone gets fired or PIP’d. It's like watching people you care about get “voted off the island.” Including managers/directors.
Leadership stripped reps of 25%+ of their accounts to give to new hires, then acted confused when senior reps struggled.
Corporate gaslighting that mirrors an abusive relationship: you’re always “not doing enough” while leadership dodges accountability.
A culture built on urgency, fear, and exhaustion.
KPIs so extreme they chew through your entire book in months, leaving you with nothing to call.
AE promotion is near impossible. Even if you “earn” it, they’ll hire external reps ahead of you, leaving you to wait months for an opening.
Rippling is a machine designed to satisfy investors and it will burn through reps without blinking. If you go in, understand what you’re signing up for.
