Current Employee4.0Sep 23, 2025Management constantly changes KPIs that reps aren’t even hitting. Leadership has no clue what they are doing so their decisions hurt reps. Quota was recently increased while 20% of people were hitting. Pay is really good when you actually hit. Product is good but the SDR org is severely failing
