Management constantly changes KPIs that reps aren’t even hitting. Leadership has no clue what they are doing so their decisions hurt reps. Quota was recently increased while 20% of people were hitting. Pay is really good when you actually hit. Product is good but the SDR org is severely failing

Rippling is a great product but unfortunately there is very less ownership. As an SDR I used to take demos for unqualified prospects for practice with my managers positions and was made to take part in several projects which were all then discarded. There is also very bad bias against the India sales team as they are devoid of opportunity even against good...Read More
