Overall, my experience there was great. They’re clear about what they expect from you—no fluff or over-the-top culture. It’s very much a "do your job and go home" environment. From what I observed, they prioritize customer service over just hitting numbers. But, if you do not hit your number they will use that to let you go! But overall great product fit.

Rippling offers a fantastic product and it demos very well. Over a dozen products are offered so you can find something to sell to almost any company. The double edged sword is how quickly the company is growing. Always new products to sell but always new cross functional challenges to overcome.
