There is next to zero company culture- if there is, it's work hard- no play. They do not care about our success and are constantly churning SDRs with a retention rate below 50%. They spend no money on improving culture or morale. The CEO sucks.

Poor , worked so hard at Rippling. Helped get SDR’s up and performing whilst trying to achieve my own target . Did not get one thank you or any recognition throughout my time. Meetings with management always hinted that something bad would happen if I didn’t overachieve.
