Current Employee2.9Sep 15, 2023100% outbound and you get paid on realized revenue… they have a high churn rate so lots of companies canceling after a few days, months, etc and you can get cut short on commission. The product is a nice to have a not a must have so a lot of companies blow you off or have no urgency.

No regard to human relationships, potential, etc. If you don’t hit quota your gone. High stress environment. Great product, training, and internal support though. Former Employee2.0Jan 19, 2024What a nightmare. Recruiters lied, the CRO left and I was stuck with a BoB that had been emailed 400 times in the last 2 years, so nobody wanted to hear it. Was told my book would change, it never did, and after the new CRO Nick came in, he swiftly enacted a RIF and I was included. Avoid this place.
