Route boasts potential for earning through accelerators during interviews, but few reps actually achieve OTE. Many mid-tier performers are terminated monthly so quota attainment looks great. The environment is intense, fostering competition, burnout, and cheating. Route's lack of innovation puts it at risk of being overtaken by competitors loosing to competitors each day. Naive reps may be lured by promises of high earnings, but reality often falls short. Proceed with caution.

Changing work environment. Used to be more of a family feel now it’s just a numbers game. No regard to human relationships, potential, etc. If you don’t hit quota your gone. High stress environment. Was poached from another SAAS competitor to be let go a few months later. The people at route were amazing the downside was leadership shifting during the hiring spree. Change in CEO and CRO at the same time ultimately leading to misalignment.
