Wow, where to begin. This place is a sinking ship. Do NOT take a sales job here. Poor market fit, no inbound and the AEs are fighting over scraps. The AEs currently in roles wont be here much longer and the SDR org is a bit of a joke. Leaders are weak too. I do not recommend applying here, it died in 2022.

Great culture and potential but churn is a huge issue and you don’t get paid when customers churn. You get paid on recognized net revenue after expenses and churn so it usually falls very short for most reps. most reps hitting 200% of quota are gonna make below their OTE amount for reasons outside of their control.
