Former Employee4.1Jun 12, 2025SAP pays less than similar companies. However, the stock purchase plan is excellent. Bonuses for Customer Success are low given very complicated formulas. Overall good company, even if I encountered a discriminatory manager which caused me to look elsewhere. Customer Success didn't have quota but does have renewal and upsell ownership.

Former Employee5.0May 31, 2024Great company with great company benefits. Sales roles have plenty of opportunities for progression and support. Quota can be too large to achieve for enterprise sales roles, LoB roles recommended.
