My overall experience has been positive. However, in the last year the company has changed the quota creding rules. These rules include gates I must hit in addition to quota to reach my OTE. This new structure has made it competitive between cross department sales colleagues as we can sell each other products.

In the last 5 years the ability to make plan has decreased considerably. Budgets are set at 40% YoY and they just did a budget increase half way though Q2

It was fine. I got put onto the worst team with the most toxic manager possible who went behind my back almost immediately. HR did nothing to help me and there was a transition period in upper management so really it was just wrong place, wrong time, wrong people. I think this was a one off and I really just screwed.
