SAP is struggling to go to the cloud and our customer service is not great. In general, customers do not like us and I don't think we are trending in the right direction as a company. The culture is very political and the company doesn't really care if their employees are leaving. SAP is not what it once was, unfortunately.

I spent well over a decade in various sales roles within SAP. The primary reason for leaving was the continual degradation of the variable compensation component of the OTE including the removal of accelerators, quotas significantly increasing YoY regardless of territory opportunity, the ongoing expansion of responsibilities (e.g. the inclusion of renewals in quota)...Read More
