Overall experience was okay. Left a long time ago. Product was amazing, genuine market leaders. Sales methodology training was good. Some average sales managers that were classic dashboard managers and couldn’t coach. SMB director was passive aggressive and weirdly often talked about how he hated salespeople. He should have stuck to playing in brass bands.

The political piece has become a huge mess over the last few years due to changes within the business. A lot of successful people with no credit for their accomplishment. The lack of strong leadership is part of it along side the lack of growth.
