Goals have been drastically reduced but still lacks career advancement. Culture challenges seem to trickle down from vp of sales primarily. Concur is at the mercy of SAP so usually stuck in our lane and we’re only good for our sales figures in a “what have you done for me lately” mindset.

a lot of the inbound leads go to Small Business. They refer to D&B for headcount which is completely off and results in misalignment. You have large accounts assigned to SMB segment which in turn sends them the most inbounds.
