Former Employee The company promotes incompetence and shelters bias leadership. The culture exists of 20-30 somethings being “led” by untested, fraternity brothers/sorority sisters who will purposely see you out the door if you don’t fit the company stereotype—very much like a college. They will not protect and promote high performers, rather those who are “liked” by the select few Directors. It’s a horrid culture that constantly beats the “DEI drum” and fails to incentivize merit and accountability. If you value being protected and supported by your leadership, look elsewhere. Concur is on SAP’s divestiture chopping block and have been exercising layoffs for the past two years.
