Big culture shift. Top sales reps leaving. Restrictive finance team making it harder to be creative, succeed = make money. Only the strong will survive, but won’t be happy much longer.

Learned alot here and still am, have easily doubled my skills and a salesperson and its super easy to find mentors above you willing to help you level up. Increased free platforms in the space that have become top competitors paired with a tough economy is making it a little tough currently

Culture was amazing when I started and has increasingly gotten worse each year due to SAP. Constant layoffs with preferential treatment provided to lazy client account executives.
