Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Everything was great, there were fair quotas and great incentive structure with a somewhat low base salary I could deal with, as the bonuses balanced it out. Then quotas raised astronomically in one year, people are quietly getting put on PIPs left and right. Shocked to hear someone made presidents club last year and was put on a plan within the next 6 months. Culture is changing to hit quota every month or you are on the chopping block.
The same low base with much higher quotas making it harder to earn big bonuses forces me to reevaluate staying here. Much less motivating than past years. Upward mobility is very tough here too. When you do finally get a promotion you get a raise in your quota and the tiniest raise in base salary, then your bonus checks shrink as its more difficult to reach accelerators. Why would I want to work hard and get promoted when that's what the reward is.
As these changes continue to be enforced, SAP Concur is going to lose out on top talent. In 2023, there are plenty of places out there with better earning potential than SAP Concur.
