Experience at Concur has been declining steadily in the past couple of years. Constant layoffs and talks from SAP of more in the future, lots of restrictions around how sales gets comped, many successful reps that have been here for a long time are leaving to other tech orgs.

a lot of the inbound leads go to Small Business. They refer to D&B for headcount which is completely off and results in misalignment. You have large accounts assigned to SMB segment which in turn sends them the most inbounds.
