Overall a great organization, but tough to succeed in a competitive reseller space. Low base salary, works well if you build up a good book of business, but if you don’t then you are destined to not make very much money.

My overall experience was great until the new fiscal year came and each account was tagged with a 30% growth rate no matter the account. If you close a huge deal on a small account, good luck with the huge quota next year, no chance on quota relief.
