Not as it was sold. The company is great with the legacy hardware/software/license business but services are not a top focus of the legacy AE's or leadership. Additionally, the 2023 comp plan did not include any deal via partner despite it closing in 2022. A lot of great reps have left.

Shi is a mix of under paying and promoting people who stay and accept below average pay. This leads to incompetence in leadership because shi only promotes from within but the only people who stay are ones who accept lower salary

My overall experience was ok. Certainly a great stepping stone into tech sales and understanding a multitude of solutions for all aspects of an IT environment.
