Used to be amazing. Now horrible. Tenured reps are leaving in droves to places where they are appreciated. Recent pay cut to commission is drastic and tone deaf to how weak the support structure is for the actual sales teams. Used to be a great place and now would not recommend to anyone. They literally do not care about their reps or employees in general no matter your tenure or production.

My role was 100% commission based with no base salary. It was theoretically unlimited compensation, but they constantly changed how you were comped and leadership was very disjointed on strategy. It used to be that AEs were left alone to hunt on their own, but that changed with a lot more oversight, micro managing, and pulling products (like Microsoft agreements)...Read More

I was an Inside Account Executive on the SLED team. The training and exposures to different technology vendors and functions were really great. The base compensation is a joke.
