Company has been going on a decline. Stability from layoffs but base pay is well below the industry standard and most people do not hit their quota. A lot more expectations are being put on us as well for no additional pay

My experience at SHI was great overall. I worked in Partner Relationship space and got to work with a lot of major OEMs and the sales teams within SHI. The upper leadership seems to do a really good job of operating the company and making sure it performs well even in very adverse economical conditions. This place was great right out of college and gives a great base knowledge for the tech world but they really don’t care about their employees. Thai Lee is kind of a clueless boomer. I expect turnover to keep getting higher and higher as they don’t keep their wages competitive.

The Canadian division of this Organization differs drastically from its US operations. There is a high salespeople turnover. Though ample vendor training is provided.
