Overall, I really enjoyed working for SHI. Most importantly, because of the people and technology I was exposed to. My managers were involved and supported us but didn't micromanage. The pay can be low to start, you have to hustle to really get paid and the benefits are far below par on what I've experienced with other companies. All that said, I would certainly return to SHI if I were looking and given an opportunity to work there again.

Really awful place. Accounts are dispersed by favouritism and management is absolutely atrocious. You WILL get bullied by management and pressured into a corner and you won’t be able to get a say on anything. Looks like big negative changes in the next 18 months too so I’d run away if you can.

Positives: High earning potential, strong technical sales support, rewarding and ongoing relationships with customers, and strong investment back into the company primarily in people and services. Negatives: immature internal processes and fragmented workflows between departments can create a time suck for sales.
