You WILL get bullied by management and pressured into a corner and you won’t be able to get a say on anything. Looks like big negative changes in the next 18 months too so I’d run away if you can.

It was theoretically unlimited compensation, but they constantly changed how you were comped and leadership was very disjointed on strategy. It used to be that AEs were left alone to hunt on their own, but that changed with a lot more oversight, micro managing, and pulling products (like Microsoft agreements)...Read More
