Former Employee My overall experience was pretty good. The pay is well below market value, but most people tend to hit targets and the culture is good so you ignore the pay for awhile. Great starting out point in your career because of the investment into your training and the need in the market will give you lots of opportunity to fail and grow. Current Employee Culture has shifted under new CEO leadership in a negative way.
