As the years went on, they asked us to continue to sell more with less and made it challenging for sales to increase their earnings and hit quota. The base salary is also very low compared to other similar jobs in the industry. The restructure of the sales team hurt their most tenured sales reps and they did seem to reward loyalty. SPS is a great place to learn the foundation of sales. However they fall short when it comes earnings potential, equitable comp plans and rewarding employees who stayed loyal throughout many changes over the years.
