Former Employee4.1Aug 6, 2023I had a good time at SailPoint. The company invested heavily in sales training, and the vibe was generally very positive and good. However, on the Inside sales front there was a lot of confusion on what we were supposed to exactly do, with a lot of flip flopping and lack of clear direction. No idea if this has changed over the past year.
