What are the pros and cons of the "Digital Sales Representative" role? I am coming from a Growth Business AE at Salesforce. How is comp? Hows the grind? Is this heavy cold outreach?

What is the digital sales representative role? On paper it looks like a junior AE role or is it more like an SDR role? Aligned to account executives to work accounts? What is quota attainment like and a real representation of the day in and day out of the role.
