Need defined market segments for the teams to be successful. Need to pay relative to other roles in the industry and get back to location specific pay for those not in Texas where the HQ is. AEs will get poached and will go to other players in the space and compete against us if that means they can increase their base by 40k. A little goes a long way especially if we want to grow and foster the talent we have moving from DSR to CAE and then to the field.
