Very good culture and product. Getting leads is tough -- you will have to do a LOT of networking and prospecting on your own if you want to succeed.

SailPoint has a great product and great leadership at the top. However deal cycles take years and less than 2 reps per team hit quota. They let you basically sit around and collect base. Stay away if you want a shot at any commission at all, as they just drastically reduced territories in enterprise along with tripling headcount.
